- Points and rewards cannot be used together in one visit and cannot be combined with any additional offers or coupons.
- Points and rewards are not redeemable for alcohol.
- Points and rewards must be used on future purchases (points earned in a visit are not immediately redeemable).
Common FAQs
- What kind of rewards can I expect?
- Each dollar spent at The Garage earns you one point. Points can be redeemed for cash discounts! The Garage loyalty program also offers special bonus point periods, birthday and anniversary rewards, spending threshold bonuses, secret menu items, and other exclusive loyalty member offers.
- How long are my points/rewards good for?
- As long as you visit The Garage at least once per year, your rewards and points never expire.
- What happens if I forget to use my app for a purchase? Is there a way to still receive points?
- If you forget to log your purchase as a loyalty member, same-day purchases can be reimbursed for points with a receipt only. Bring your receipt to the location where you made your purchase and ask to speak to a general manager.
- How do I register my card?
- To register as a loyalty member, please visit halsmith.datacandyinfo.com/login. You must complete your profile before points can be collected or redeemed.
- How do I cancel my card?

- Where can I get a card?
- You can register as a loyalty member at any Garage location.
- Can I link two accounts together?

- I have a card, why am I not getting any points?
- If you have completed your profile at halsmith.datacandyinfo.com/login and you still believe you are not collecting points, please visit any Garage restaurant for assistance, or use the contact form at this link: halsmith.com/contact-us. Please provide your name, receipt, and contact information to expedite the service process.
- How do I edit my information?
- You may update or edit any of your personal information in The Garage loyalty program by logging into your account: halsmith.datacandyinfo.com/login

- Can I cancel or modify my order through the app?
- When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our restaurant to be prepared. Please call The Garage location where you placed your order to cancel or modify it. Once orders are placed, there is no guarantee that we can cancel or modify it before delivery.
- Can I use my points/rewards for online orders and/or orders placed through the app?
- Yes, points and rewards may be used for online orders. Once you log into your account, a pop-up prompt will ask if you’d like to redeem your rewards or points on your purchase.
- Can I tip my driver through the app?
- Yes, The Garage is partnered with DoorDash for delivery orders, and tips may be completed through the order transaction.
- Can I use a gift card through the app?
- Yes.
- How do the points and rewards work?
- Earn one point per every $1 spent per purchase. Points earned are available for redemption on your next purchase.
- I didn’t receive my birthday or anniversary reward. How do I get this?

- How do I choose my reward?
- Once you log into your account, a pop-up window will prompt you to select a reward or to use your points.
- Can I redeem more than one reward per purchase?
- You may only redeem one reward per purchase and must choose between using a reward or redeeming points. Reward and point redemption cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons.
- Where can I find nutritional info about your items?
- Please contact your local Garage location, and we are happy to provide nutritional information upon request. We cater to a variety of dietary needs, but please inform us of any severe dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.
- How do I change the time or date of my order?
- When you are placing an order through The Garage app, you may select a delivery time and date. If you have selected the wrong delivery time or date, please contact your local Garage restaurant for assistance.
- My order is incorrect. What should I do?

- How do I get a copy of my receipt?
- When you place an order through The Garage app, a copy of your receipt is emailed to you. Receipts are also available in the “Previous Orders” tab in the app.
